Sea Lions in Old Sac If you’re in Old Sacramento this weekend you may have to do a double take to ensure you’re not actually on Pier 39 in San Francisco. Three sea lions have made the docks beneath the Old Sac riverfront their new hangout for the summer. No one knows if or when the sea lions are planning to leave, but according to marine mammal experts, the trio are completely comfortable living in fresh water. Doreen Gurrola from the Marine Mammal Center in Marin knows all about sea lions living in the Sacramento River and joins us to explain what the trio is doing here.

"Les Mis" Master Class California Musical Theatre is doing a Master Class with "Les Miserables" that's a larger scale undertaking than they normally do. Their education department is offering a Master Class with a twist, with the Les Mis orchestra conductor and one of the actors from the show conducting sessions with the Sacramento Youth Symphony and Sacramento Children's Chorus that will result in a joint performance of the song "Do You Hear the People Sing?"
