After winning a prestigious conducting competition in 2014, Hong Kong-born Elim Chan held the position of Assistant Conductor of the London Symphony Orchestra in 2015/16 and was appointed to the Dudamel Fellowship program with the Los Angeles Philharmonic in 2016/17. She now serves as Chief Conductor Designate for the Antwerp Symphony Orchestra (from 2019/20 season) and Principal Guest Conductor of the Royal Scottish National Orchestra.
