The Avian Connection II

Swans in flight -- a major inspiration for composer Jean Sibelius

So, what’s up with birds, anyway?  People talk about being as free or as happy as one—but also of birds of ill omen and bird-brained ideas.

So, in this hour, more musical flights of fancy--from Mozart & Handel to Ravel & Stravinsky.
