With CapRadio since 2007, Victor has hosted both classical and jazz programs as well as occasionally filling in on Morning Edition many years ago. Since 2016 Victor has been the afternoon classical host from 2 to 7pm. He also coordinates on air messaging among music hosts about our programming and community events to share with listeners and helps write and coordinate Fund Drive messaging and other branding.
With years of experience as a radio host, actor and photographer, his interests in music and the arts are broad. He's done voiceovers for radio and TV, co-hosted a nationally syndicated weekly radio program out of San Francisco, and has written, directed and/or acted in more than 40 radio plays.
Born in San Francisco and having also lived in Boston, he's attended countless opera, classical, rock and jazz concerts literally from coast to coast. And speaking of the coast, that's where he grew up and it remains his preferred place of respite, or any isolated spot along a creek or river.
