It turns out the tuba isn't just in parades and marching bands. Professional tubist Portia Njoku is keen to educate the world on the many different (and expressive) roles the tuba can have in music. In this feature we enjoy her own compositions for tuba quartet- both moving tributes to Dr. Martin Luther King, and we also sample the tuba in Vaudeville Blues and Oktoberfest stylings.
