Grass Fire Burning North Of Vacaville Threatens Structures

Thursday, June 12, 2014 | Sacramento, CA

A grass fire began early Thursday afternoon north of Vacaville in Salano County. At 3:44 p.m. the fire had reportedly burned 70 arces and was 30% contained. By 5 p.m. the fire was 80% contained. 

CalFire dubbed it the Norman Fire. You can follow the progress of the fire on twitter under the hashtag #NormanFire.
