Ruslan and Roman Glukhoy are 19 years old.

Police said they crashed their car fleeing from the scene of a burglary in the city of Auburn. They allegedly stole the truck and led police on a chase at speeds up to 100 miles per hour.

The brothers are also charged with conspiracy, grand theft, assaulting police officer and resisting arrest with force.

They're being held without bail. A third defendant, 21-year-old Yuriy Merkushev, is charged with the crimes related to the theft. He is not being charged with murder.
