BART Strike Enters Third Day, Some Progress Reported

(AP) The negotiator with Service Employees International Union, Local 1021, says talks are set to resume at 1 p.m. The two sides met for hours starting last night.

Workers, however, remain on strike, snarling the morning commute for a third straight day.
