Political Junkie Ken Rudin returns to Insight live in conversation with Beth Ruyak in his regular monthly installment. Their discussion begins with the latest from Washington, DC with updates on the whistleblower case and the key roles that members of the California Congressional delegation are playing. Rudin will also address the dramatic shift in California Sen. Kamala Harris’ run for the presidency.

This segment begins a week-long exploration on Insight of California as “The State of Resistance.” On Tuesday, author Max Byrd, who writes historical political fiction, will join Insight to talk about his latest book and its resonance with the current political moment. On Wednesday, PolitiFact California Reporter Chris Nichols will continue this exploration when he joins Beth Ruyak to talk about California’s many lawsuits against Trump administration policies.
