Jackie Greene - folk, Americana

Singer/songwriter, Jackie Greene, got his start playing in a bars on K Street in Sacramento before breakthrough album Gone Wonderin' in 2002. Recently he's been touring with The Black Crowes.

World Hood - world, fusion

There are a bunch of other Sacramento connections with unofficial SXSW showcases, but these are the groups appearing on the official SXSW schedule.
