Stockton Police are putting out an urgent call for help in locating two missing twins, a boy and a girl, only 20 months old. Their parents are in jail but refuse to say where the children are.
Police found the parents, 41 year old Aaron Weddles and 32 year old Princess Walker, living in a car in a north Stockton neighborhood.
With them were three children who were taken into protective custody.
The parents are charged with child neglect and child endangerment and have other outstanding warrants.
Chief Eric Jones says what’s missing is their toddler twins, Rin and his sister Satina.
“We hope that these children are out in someone’s home possibly with family or friends having no idea we are looking for these children, but we’re also looking into the possibility of foul play. We just don’t know, that’s what’s so concerning about this,” Jones said.
Jones says the parents are giving conflicting statements and refusing to cooperate.
