The Sutter County Sheriff's Department says it has found a missing 16-year-old Yuba City girl and arrested the 38-year-old man she was with.
Detectives found the teenager in the area of Lincoln Road in south Yuba City Tuesday morning at 10.
Detectives arrested Allen Gene Turner Jr. He has been booked into the Sutter County Jail for rape, unlawful sexual intercourse with a person under age 18, oral copulation with a person under the age of 18 and concealment of a child from a legal custodian.
Turner is being held without bail.
He has not been charged with kidnapping.
The missing girl was at the Church of Glad Tidings with her guardian Wednesday night, April 5th, in north Yuba City when she disappeared.
