A new Field Poll finds the corruption scandals affecting three Democratic state Senators have affected Californians' views of the legislature.
Survey-takers were in the midst of a poll about voter opinion when news of Senator Leland Yee's arrest broke.
Yee's accused of trafficking in guns and taking bribes from undercover FBI agents.
The Field Poll says before Yee's arrest, 40 percent of voters disapproved of the legislature's performance, but after, 46 percent disapproved.
