Amber Alert Issued for Two Children, May be Headed to Sacramento

Friday, August 16, 2013 | Sacramento, CA

If you have information, please contact Elko Police Department, 775-753-1111

The Nevada Highway Patrol is issuing an AMBER Alert for two children who were taken by their non-custodial parents from Elko, Nevada and may be headed to or in the Sacramento area. Lillyanna Ramires is a 9 year old girl and Martin Angel Rosales is her three year old brother.

They are believed to be with their non-custodial parents, Martin Cisneras Rosales, also known as Martin Cisneros, approximately 34 years old , and Amber Schenck, approximately 30 years old. The adults took the children Wednesday and they were last seen driving a dark blue late 80's or early 90's Ford Mustang with possible Nebraska license plates or a temporary plate.

Martin Rosales is said to have violent tendencies when dealing with police. A restraining order was issued in July to keep him away from his son as well as a court order stating the children are in danger of serious harm from their parents.
