UPDATED 9:30 A.M. The Utah man arrested in the shooting deaths of two sheriff's deputies in Northern California gave police a phony name when he was arrested Friday.
Luis Enrique Monroy-Bracamonte was living in the U.S. illegally. He had been convicted of drug charges and twice deported to Mexico.
Monroy-Bracamonte said he was Marcelo Marquez when he was arrested Friday, but his fingerprints matched records of Monroy-Bracamonte in a federal database. He will appear in court Tuesday.
