StoryCorps, a national nonprofit organization dedicated to recording, preserving, and sharing the stories of Americans from all backgrounds and beliefs, will record interviews in Sacramento as part of its 2015 cross-country mobile booth tour. StoryCorps Mobile Story Booth site manager Emily Janssen joins us to talk about the mission of StoryCorps. We'll also take a tour of the mobile "Story Booth" recording studio with facilitators Danielle Andersen and Erika Romero, and hear stories collected during StoryCorps previous visit to Sacramento in 2008.
