2/6/2019 Ottmar Liebert The Sofia Born in Germany to a Chinese-German father and Hungarian mother, Liebert began playing guitar at 11, later traveled extensively through Europe and Asia intent on fully absorbing each musical tradition he encountered. In 1989, he settled in Santa Fe NM and founded his band Luna Negra and his signature "Nouveau Flamenco" style.
