UPDATE: Natomas Levee Bill Passes House and Senate

By a vote of 412-to-4, the U.S. House of Representatives Tuesday approved a bill that would pay for the construction and repair of levees in the Natomas area. UPDATE: Thursday the Senate passed the bill.
