Four Years After The Revolution, Libya Is A Country In Chaos

Libyan security sources say at least nine people were killed on Monday when gunmen stormed a top hotel in the capital, Tripoli, and set off a car bomb outside. Officials said five foreigners were among those killed.
Libya has been rife with instability and violence since Muammar Gaddafi was ousted from power in 2011. There is no effective central government. Numerous militias govern their own patches of territory. The BBC’s Ian Pannell reports on a country that has descended into chaos.
