Eastern Ukraine Recovers From Season Of Fighting

After a summer of heavy fighting between government forces and pro-Russian separatists, residents of Luhansk in eastern Ukraine are picking up the pieces.
Thousands of people still depend on handouts, and have no electricity or water.
The BBC’s World Affairs correspondent, Paul Adams has the report.
