JEREMY HOBSON, HOST:
Well, one birthday we want to note today, Robin, it is William Shakespeare's 450th.
ROBIN YOUNG, HOST:
Ta-da.
HOBSON: Is that all - you don't have any trumpets?
YOUNG: I don't. I'm sorry.
HOBSON: OK. Well, to celebrate, I thought maybe we could read a little bit from "A Midsummer Night's Dream."
YOUNG: With apologies to all ninth grade English classes.
HOBSON: I will be Puck, you be the fairy.
YOUNG: A tutu.
HOBSON: Here we go.

(LAUGHTER)
HOBSON: Actually, the funny thing is that Puck is actually named Robin.
YOUNG: Well, there you go.
HOBSON: Yeah. So maybe we should have switched roles. Next time.
YOUNG: There you go. Next time. And happy birthday, Shakespeare.
(SOUNDBITE OF MUSIC)
HOBSON: This is HERE AND NOW. Transcript provided by NPR, Copyright NPR.
