Cleanup has begun after storms and flooding in Central Texas killed two men, prompted dozens of emergency rescues and interrupted public transit. Storms in the Austin area that began Wednesday dumped up to 13 inches of rain.
The Coast Guard today says four people on an 18-foot sailboat caught in high seas and winds off Texas yesterday were rescued unharmed.
