About Our New Community Calendar
We’ve upgraded our Community Events Calendar through an affiliation with Sacramento365.com. The new calendar includes events of all types from our area, and are displayed on many not-for-profit website events calendars. We encourage you to use the self-service tools to submit your event, giving it the greatest possible exposure.

Q1: How do I submit my event?
A1: You can submit your events via the “Submit a Listing” button in the search box in the right-hand column of the calendar page. For a complete outline of how to submit your events, see here.
Q2: Where will my event be posted?
Q3: Our venue is not located within Sacramento365.com’s current regional restrictions, can we still post our event to the Capital Radio Community Calendar?
A3: Yes. Although your event will not display on the Sacramento365.com website, your event will display on the Capital Public Radio Community Calendar.
Q4: Our City is not included in the drop-down options when entering our venue. Can we still submit our event?
A4: Absolutely. If your City is not in the drop-down options, just select “Antelope” as your City to bypass that requirement. Our staff will review the submission and write-in the correct City for your event. If you like, you can write a note in the event description to clarify (ex: This event takes place in Auburn, rather than Antelope).
Q5: How do we submit PSAs with this new calendar?
A5: PSAs are now submitted separately from event listings. You can submit your PSAs here.
*Regional note: Due to the regional restrictions of Sacramento365.com, events occurring outside of our area of coverage will not appear on the Sacramento365.com website, but they WILL display on the Capradio.org website.
