Principal Richard Judge wants to make a difference. He transferred to Encina Preparatory 6-12 High School to work with students with whom he could have the most impact. He tells his teachers “you’ve got to keep in mind that what you’re providing the kids here, is probably the most life-changing opportunity they possibly will ever have.”
