The Sacramento City Council has voted to change 176 city fees and add nine new ones.
The cost of some things will increase, like renting chairs, dance floors and nights at Camp Sacramento.
Some decreasing fees include licenses to drive taxis and the cost to dispose of some light bulbs and latex paint.
Jason Bader is with the Department of Finance.
"This would generate approximately $121,000 of new revenue for the general fund and $85,000 of revenue for all other funds," says Bader.
There will now be a fee to install fire sprinkler meters and to rent a restroom trailer that is compliant with Americans With Disabilities Act requirements.
