Uber uses mobile technology to match up riders and drivers and that means the company captures a ton of data. Financial data, location data, even data on users movements. And that data is open to thousands of employees at Uber, who could use it for spying purposes. And according to reporting from Will Evans from the Center for Investigative Reporting, that's exactly what has happened.
