(AP) - Authorities say a woman was killed and five others, including an infant, were injured in a drive-by shooting in south Sacramento Saturday evening.
Sacramento County Sheriff's Sgt. Tony Turnbull said the woman in her 20s died at the scene and the others were taken to the hospital following Saturday's shooting.
He had no immediate information on the victims' conditions, but said some were rushed into surgery.
The Sacramento Bee
reports the victims were at a barbecue in front of a house around 7 p.m. when several people in a car drove by, opened fire, then sped off.
No suspect information has been released.
