Unglamorous 'Mop-Up' Duty Keeps Fires Extinguished

Fire officials on Tuesday declared full containment of the Blue Cut wildfire in San Bernardino County that tore through tens of thousands of acres of timber and brush. Dozens of people lost their homes, their cars and other personal belongings. Once the flames are tamed, though, the job is far from over.
