UPDATE 10:37 p.m.: A wildfire burning in Yolo County has grown to 1,700 acres and prompted mandatory evacuations Thursday evening.
The Cold Fire is located off of Highway 128 west of Winters.
Mandatory evacuations are in place for Canyon Creek Resort and Golden Bear Estates off County Road 34.
Highway 128 from the Monticella Dam to Pleasants Valley Road is also closed.
An evacuation center is set up at Winters Safety Center on 700 main street.
The blaze is zero percent contained.
Original Post: Cal Fire crews are responding to a 200-acre fire burning in Yolo County, near Winters and Lake Berryessa. The fire, which started just before 5 p.m., has forced the evacuation of Canyon Creek Resort.
