UPDATE 5 p.m. The Placer County Sheriff's Office says 15 deputies continue to search for three men who ran from a traffic stop yesterday in Auburn.

10:45 a.m. Placer County Sheriff's Office reports arresting Pedro Madrigal Ortiz, 25, early this morning. He is a Mexican national. Ortiz was stopped by deputies on Lincoln Way in Auburn. Officers charged Ortiz with resisting arrest, possession of a stolen firearm and possession of a firearm with an altered serial number.
Deputies are still looking for Dimas Licea Ortiz, 22; Jose Luis Licea Ortiz, 20; and Ruben Villejas, 26; all are Mexican nationals. All are described as 5 feet, 160 pounds. No photos are available. Dimas Ortiz has $100,000 warrant out of Sacramento County for felony drug sales.
7:45 a.m. The Placer County Sheriff's Office says a search is underway for three suspects who ran from a Sheriff's deputy Wednesday near Foresthill. A fourth suspect was arrested early Thursday morning. He had been hiding in a ditch on Finning Mill Road.
Deputies say a Special Enforcement Team conducted the search after the suspects ran away. The incident was reported at Foresthill and Finning Mill Road where deputies found empty gun cases and a stolen gun were found in a car.
