9:29 a.m. The Sacramento Municipal Utility District says power has been restored to most of the 14,000 customers who experienced an outage Tuesday.
The outage was the result of a car crashing into a pole in the Mack Road area.
SMUD says only handful of customers remain without power as of 9:30 a.m. Tuesday.

The crash occured in the Mack Road area, according to the Sacramento Municipal Utility District.
SMUD's outage map indicate that power could be restored at about 9 a.m.
The outage impacted Regional Transit's light rail and Blue Line riders will have use a bus bridge between the Meadowview and the CRC stations.
