The City of Sacramento has released the Preliminary Term Sheet for a proposed Major League Soccer stadium at The Railyards.
"Sac Soccer & Entertainment Holdings, LLC" would build the stadium at a cost of $180 millon if Major League Soccer approves a franchise for the Sacramento Republic FC.
The stadium would have 25,000 seats and 6,500 parking spaces.
The City of Sacramento would set aside $100,000 for "technical advisory services."
The city manager's office says the project would create between 936-and-2,628 jobs.
The Sacramento City Council will vote on the term sheet Tuesday, Dec. 1.
