Excessive Groundwater Pumping Leaves Aquifers Vulnerable to Pollution

As reservoir levels dwindle, many regions are pumping water from underground. On the Central Coast, that's causing ocean water to pollute underground aquifers. Seawater is making the groundwater unusable for people crops like strawberries.
