Sac State Baseball Team Heads To NCAA Tournament

The Sacramento State Hornets are heading to the first round of the Division 1 NCAA Tournament after winning four straight games over the weekend to capture the WAC tournament title. They'll open play as the No. 4 seed in the San Luis Obispo regional against top-seeded Cal Poly.

The Hornets (39-22) and Cal Poly (45-10) are scheduled for a 6 p.m. Friday start. The other teams in the double-elimination regional are Arizona State (33-22) and Pepperdine (39-16). The winner advances to the super regional to play the winner of the Fort Worth regional. 

The games will be video streamed live on ESPN3 and broadcast on HornetSports.com/Radio.
