Meanwhile, red-flag warnings for fire danger remain in effect until Wednesday evening.

Lives updates on the fire from KCRA 

The fire on Kimball Island in the San Joaquin River was first reported around 3:30 p.m. Tuesday, but Solana County firefighters have had difficulty getting to it. The Coast Guard evacuated four people from the island, seven people evacuated voluntarily, and three people remained on the island.
