(AP) -- An unassuming gift shop in a San Jose strip mall has produced at least one millionaire.
California lottery officials say Jenny's Gift Shop sold one of two winning tickets for Tuesday's near-record $636 million. The jackpot was the second-largest lottery prize in U.S. history.
San Jose-based KNTV reports that store owner Thuy Nguyen came to the store after receiving word about the winning ticket at home. He thumped his chest, as he told the station he felt good and lucky.
Nguyen took over the store four months ago.
He said he didn't know who bought the ticket, but that most of his customers were his friends.
A second winning ticket was sold in Georgia.
