Sacramento County and state health officials are investigating several cases of Botulism linked to food purchased at a Walnut Grove business.
Anyone who ate food from Valley Oak Food and Fuel gas station between April 23rd and May 7th is asked to contact health officials.
Symptoms of Botulism can include double vision, blurred vision, drooping eyelids, slurred speech, difficulty swallowing, dry mouth and muscle weakness.
