New Congressional Legislation Would Address Campus Sexual Assaults

A bipartisan group of senators has introduced legislation to address sexual assaults on college campuses. It's one of three pieces of proposed legislation on the same subject. California Senator Barbara Boxer and San Mateo Congresswoman Jackie Speier also introduced new legislation.
