Dear Name,

Being a 44-year veteran of CapRadio, people often ask me, "Why haven't you retired yet?" I tell them I love what I do. Bringing you great music is not work — it's a passion and an art.

Learning about the need for staff reductions was undeniably a challenging moment for me and the music team. The news hit us hard as we — like many members and listeners — sought to understand the situation that led to this and the financial uncertainties that threatened the future of our beloved station.

Learning about staff reductions was a difficult moment for me and the music team. The news hit us hard — like many of you — as we tried to understand what led to this situation and the financial uncertainties that threaten the future of our beloved station.

I've never worked as hard as I have over the past few months, but it's invigorating to come in every day and see our team rise to the challenge. Embracing new responsibilities, we are working even harder to serve the listeners not only as a radio station but as a cultural cornerstone in our community.

I believe in the future of CapRadio, because I believe in the power of music and the power of our community. CapRadio played a part in changing the landscape in our region by engaging the community, recognizing important musicians and supporting local musicians. Now it is up to you, our members, to act on your love for public radio and really support this great music so that it continues to thrive and inspire us.

Making an additional one-time gift now is a pledge to be an active participant in the continued success of CapRadio.

I Support CapRadio

Thank you for believing in us. Your generosity ensures that we can continue to serve your community.
