CapRadio is participating in Cartober, a national campaign to raise awareness for vehicle donations. Your donation helps to financially support our local fact-based journalism and host-driven music, and there’s no cost to you. Your vehicle will be picked up for free and you'll receive the paperwork for a tax deduction!
Here’s how it works:
- Complete the online donation form.
Visit CapRadio.org/cars and fill out the form. The vehicle donation support team is available seven days a week and will be happy to answer any questions you may have.

Schedule your pick-up.
We arrange to have a licensed tow company pick up your vehicle at a convenient time and at no cost to you. When the driver arrives to tow your vehicle, you’ll be provided with a donation receipt for a tax deduction!

Get your donation receipt.
Your vehicle goes to auction and CapRadio receives the funds. You’ll be mailed a thank-you letter within 30 days of the sale of the vehicle, which also serves as a donation tax receipt.
