Primary Election Voter Turnout Lowest In California History

(AP) - It's official. The 25.2 percent turnout of registered voters in the California Primary is the lowest-ever in state history.

The votes have been counted and certified for the City and County of Sacramento. The race for the top two in one city council race was decided by only 100 votes.
