The Sacramento City Council has approved a $500,000 Art and Culture fund. The fund was created with the goal of supporting arts in diverse and underserved neighborhoods of the city.
Local artists can start submitting proposals for public art that will be displayed at the new arena in downtown Sacramento. A total of $1.5 million dollars in funding is available.
