Sacramento Artists Eye New Space At Old Fremont School

The doors appear to be opening for a new artists' space in midtown Sacramento. If the Sacramento City Council approves, a donation from Joyce Raley Teel and the City of Sacramento will pay for renovations of the old brick building built in 1921.
