11:27 a.m. A serious crash that closed lanes on eastbound Interstate 80 just west of West El Camino Avenue Tuesday morning was cleared at 10:30 a.m.
The crash was at around 4:40 a.m. Public Information Officer for Caltrans District 3 Dennis Keaton says exact details of the crash are under investigation.
What they know so far as of 11:16 a.m. is that a vehicle drove into a construction zone, colliding into a compactor vehicle on the side of the road.
