Sacramento County Warns of Traffic Delays With Start of Spring Semester

This morning marks the beginning of the spring semester at Sacramento State and an increase in traffic.  Sacramento County is warning of delays.

The County Department of Transportation especially wants to remind people to be careful when taking the Watt at U.S. 50 Interchange.  Since mid-December,  new on ramps, off ramps, and traffic lanes have opened and there's been a new coordination of traffic signals.

Construction continues on a bicycle and pedestrian path.  Some undercrossings and portions of the path have already been completed, but the entire project won't be finished until this summer.
