9:29 a.m. The Sacramento Municipal Utility District says power has been restored to most of the 14,000 customers who experienced an outage Tuesday.
The outage was the result of a car crashing into a pole in the Mack Road area.
SMUD says only handful of customers remain without power as of 9:30 a.m. Tuesday.
9:07 a.m. The Sacramento Municipal Utility District says some power has been restored for about 4,000 customers Tuesday.
About 10,000 customers are still without power after a car cashed into a pole in the Mack Road area.

The crash occured in the Mack Road area, according to the Sacramento Municipal Utility District.
SMUD's outage map indicate that power could be restored at about 9 a.m.
The outage impacted Regional Transit's light rail and Blue Line riders will have use a bus bridge between the Meadowview and the CRC stations.
