Crews Knock Down Commercial Fire In South Sacramento

The Sacramento Fire Department is working to contain a vehicle fire that spread to a commercial building, near Franklin and 47th in South Sacramento.

More than 40 firefighters are on the scene of an automotive shop with multiple cars blazing and heavy fire coming from the rear of the building.

The two-alarm fire was reported just after 6 a.m.

UPDATE: Aerial truck operations being set up. Please avoid the area Franklin and 47th 40+ FFs working the scene.
