4:28 p.m. - Eastbound Highway 128 is closed indefinitely by California Highway Patrol, from Wragg Canyon to Pleasant Valley due to falling rocks and debris.
Caltrans ealier reported that Highway 128 is open in Yolo county in both directions.
Quail Ridge residents and all residents on the west side of Pleasant Valley Road from Hwy 128 to Mix Canyon remain under mandatory evacuations.
The Red Cross evacuation center was scheduled to close at noon Friday, according to Cal Fire.

8:21 a.m. - The Wragg fire burning near Lake Berryessa has grown to nearly 7,000 acres. Light winds and cooler temperatures Thursday afternoon and evening helped officials contain more of the fire overnight.
Robby Richards from Calfire says the fire is about 20 percent contained.
"Since last night, we're in the high 50s, low 60s and the relative humidity was roughly about 70 percent, which is great for us being able to get in there," says Richards.
There have not been any injuries. Evacuations were lifted last night in the Golden Bear Estates Area. But evacuations remain in place for the Quail Ridge Community and Canyon Creek Area. A Red Cross evacuation center is open in Winters.

7:24 a.m. - Officials say lighter winds and cooler temperatures have aided crews battling the Wragg Fire Friday morning. The blaze has scorched 6,900 acres, but containment grew to 20 percent.
"The cooler temperatures from last night left for some minor activity from the fire, there wasn't any flare-ups or any significant event that happened," says Robby Richards with Cal Fire.
There have been no injuries. Evacuations were lifted Thursday night in the Golden Bear Estates Area. But evacuations remain in place for the Quail Ridge and Community Canyon Creek areas.
The Red Cross evacuation center in Winters remains open.

A wildfire started a yesterday in the hills by Lake Berryessa. I was lucky enough to live close and see the fire starting early. I quickly grabbed my camera gear and ran to go shoot some time lapses of the massive fire. I drove alls round Yolo county and parts of Winters to capture this footage.
