Joel Singer of the California Association of Realtors says California is facing a "lost generation" of homebuyers. 

Sacramento Business Journal Editor Jack Robinson tells us what Singer means by that.

Also, Jack has details on The Kitchen's move to Broadway. And he says about 800 local jobs at Health Net, the insurance plan, could be on the line when a major contract goes up for renewal.
