Voting on Sacramento’s streetcar plan is happening this month. As downtown residents consider whether to create a special tax district to fund the project, we’ll talk with two reporters who have been covering the issue. We’ll also learn about Ryan Lillis’ new beat at the Sacramento Bee and hear how Nick Miller’s walking tour of the proposed streetcar route went. Plus, both will weigh in on whether or not Sacramento is the New Oakland.
